A charitable facility Registered at the Charity Commissioners. The facility opened in 1977, which included a 25m Pool and Sports Hall, with a Lounge and viewing Balcony upstairs. Over the years it has expanded to a Fitness Suite, Toddler Therapy Pool, and Sauna. It is the ONLY 2 Pools and Leisure Facility in Cardigan under ONE roof.

The activities range tremendously for all ages, we also run FREE Swimming for the Over 60 School Term, and FREE Swimming for Under 16 School Holidays through the Welsh Assembly Government.
